All service engagements are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement executed by both parties. Such agreements set out the specific scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, and applicable warranties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall prevail with respect to the services covered by it.

3. Intellectual Property
